Used Phoenix for a bathroom refit. This was a total rip out and replacement. Dealt primarily with Lawson. Found him easy to deal with and ready to make suggestions. What was really good was all works were documented in a clearly written scope so both parties were clear on what the deliverables were. Snags/issues noted were proactively dealt with without quibble. We’re very happy with the end result. I’d be more than happy to recommend Phoenix to anyone else.
