The experience with this tradesman was the worst I have ever had in my life. It also might be unfair to leave this feedback against Suart’s name - it was his work partner Arran that made our life an absolute misery. The entire ordeal with him began more than a year ago - for a full bathroom refit project that should have taken no more than a week to complete. The issues began almost immediately after his team started doing any actual work and on day 3 everything completely collapsed. After we were shocked that his team has started fitting a nice new dry wall straight onto old mouldy tiles, his team decided to pack their bags and left our house. After having to involve a third party to contact Arran (he blocked our numbers) and get him to come back, the work was eventually completed with massive delays and with numerous issues with the quality of everything.
