I carry out a wide range of construction works covering groundworks, foundations, general building, bricklaying, and landscaping. My experience includes preparing sites from initial set-out through to completed structures, ensuring all work is carried out safely, accurately, and to a high standard. In groundworks, I undertake site preparation including excavation, trenching, drainage installation, sub-bases, and concrete works. I am experienced in setting out foundations, pouring and finishing concrete, and ensuring levels and falls are correct in line with drawings and specifications. My bricklaying work includes constructing walls, piers, and structural brickwork using correct bonding methods, joint finishes, and mortar mixes. I work accurately to line and level, produce neat finishes, and understand the importance of strength, durability, and weather resistance. For general building, I assist with and carry out tasks such as blockwork, repairs, alterations, and basic structural work, following building regulations and good site practice. I also complete landscaping works, including paving, patios, pathways, edging, retaining walls, fencing preparation, and garden structures. Everything is done to a good standard.
