Rob came and fully inspected the property,he was courteous and thorough and sent me a written estimate for the work involved. I would reccomend Rob for his proffessionalism,competitive pricing and likeable attitude. Due to the property sale not being completed Rob was unable to start the work,but I will be using his services again once I have secured another property.

Richard visited the day after I contacted him to examine the rendering which needed to be replaced. He explained clearly what could be done, swiftly gave me a reasonable written estimate, and completed the job this week to my entire satisfaction. I paid him yesterday by bank transfer. He and his assistant were skilled and professional, and carefully tidied up afterwards. I would be happy to employ Richard again and I can recommend him unreservedly.

John’s team did a good job I am really happy with the result. I wanted to remove a load bearing wall between the lounge and the kitchen for a kitchen dining area. Span 2.8 meters. After an initial visit ca. 30 min I was confident he will do the work. He suggested structural calculations and I had to send an application to the council. I found this suggestion very helpful. John did take care the structural calculations for the steel beam and ordered the skip to remove the old bricks. The actual job was planned for the Saturday but because John’s Van was not available we agreed to postpone it to Sunday. Finally the team arrived the Tuesday by lunchtime. This was a letdown a bit. Also my wife became a bit annoyed. She felt the job is never going to happen. That all caused misunderstanding. The job itself went very quick half a day. They did ask questions to agree on the beam position and explained what the job is going to involve. The quality of the job was excellent.

James and his assistant Lewis did a fantastic job for me. We had quite a complex job building stone faced flower beds, laying paving and building a patio and it has all been completed brilliantly. James is a great communicator, who kept in touch at every stage of the job and accommodated changes to the plan without any problems. His focus on his customers is superb. He is careful and pays attention to detail, finishing everything well and clearing up every evening before leaving. His costs are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the amount of work and effort he put into everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a cheerful, positive, enthusiastic young man who is building a really successful business.

Simon at SS Masonry did a super job of repairing a wall on the pavement in Windermere that had been knocked down by a learner driver!! As this was work carried out for the Council quotes did have to be provided first but Simon got in touch about the job, was excellent at communicating and came when he said he would with his team and repaired the wall better than ever. Thank you Simon, highly recommended.
