I have recently started a small business called D.V Brickwork. I first started working as a general builder learning all different trades. I am a NVQ fully qualified bricklayer. I have been working in the construction industry since 1986. I have built new houses, extensions, alterations and conversions. I have put a 30 mile radius in my preferences but if the job sounds interesting I will travel further. Recently I have worked in Sheringham, Reedham and Westleton. I set out buildings and extensions, dig the foundations and concrete. Lay the bricks and blocks and install first floor joists. Sometimes I put the roof on and then felt, batten and tile. I lay the drainage and landscape. I am methodical in my work and have always achieved high standards.
