We had a promising start and we were impressed. However, as time went on our project was effectively side-lined as the builders had taken on another project and had not completed another project stated before ours. Poor project management leads you to become quite frustrated. The overall quality of the finish is average. The plastering is poor. We have had to spend a lot of time sorting the plastering out. Sloppy workmanship like putting silicon over the protective strips on door and window frames leaves you having to redo the silicon as it all comes away when you remove the protective strips! It’s such as shame as the business owner is young and does have potential but if projects like ours are treated in the same way this new business venture will not succeed. Would I recommend Vertex? Sadly I would have to say no.

From start to finish, KV Innovations have been amazing. We had no idea where to start with our kitchen, but Andrew helped us right from the start, from organising the layout to making suggestions on kitchen suppliers. David and the other guys who came in to do the work were efficient and completed our kitchen with utmost professionalism. Everyone was friendly and very respectful whilst in our home. We are delighted with the transformation of our kitchen, and will definitely be using KV Innovations again when we come to do our bathroom and any other works we want done in the future.

Loft Conversion- 20 Jul 2018
We took a punt on OMG because we knew very little about them. They came over well though and supplied references that reassured us. Due to an incoming baby, a key aspect for us was the ability to get started at short notice and deliver the project quickly. Something Owen assured us he could do. Well, we now have a lovely new bedroom and bathroom and are just awaiting the arrival of the baby! The guys worked very efficiently - the speed with which our old roof was taken off and a new one put on was impressive. The inevitable few things that cropped up during the project were all dealt with swiftly and without hassle. For example, I noticed a leak on a pipe - within an hour the plumbers came around and fixed it. There were a couple of aspects of the bathroom I wanted changed (I'm quite fussy) - Owen had his guys come over and put everything right - again no hassle, they just got it done. For me, the way in which snags are dealt with is really important and I found OMG to be very good in this department. We're really happy with the finished product - looking at other loft conversions in the area (there are loads) ours really does look high-end. Fancy balcony, quality roofing, piping really neat, awesome bathroom. They came and did a final tidy up of the site last week - clearing up bits that had fallen down the side alley etc. We have already recommended OMG to friends who are using them for a side extension. I would certainly use them again.

Brilliant job by Craig - he had to correct poor work done by my previous builder, and i wish i had hired Craig straightaway........ work was done to a superb standard, and all finished very neatly, and measured properly so windows and doors fitted as they should. All mess was cleared up and left tidy, and they even left my mixer cleaner than when they arrived. Would certainly recommend, and will get them back if i need anymore brickwork, groundwork, patio, drive etc doing. Keep up the good work!!
