I’ve been in the building industry for 15+ years starting at the bottom and working my way up to trade level for an award winning construction firm based in Chichester. I’ve spent 4 of the last 10 years working as a ground worker doing foundations, drainage and hard landscaping with machines and the last 6 years I’ve been working as a City & Guilds qualified bricklayer. I do brickwork, blockwork, garden walls, patios and hard landscaping such as paving, flowerbeds, edgings and drainage. I also do extensions, repairs to existing brickwork and repointing. I’m based in Worthing but I cover the coastal area from Chichester to Brighton and just north towards Horsham. I pride myself on quality of work and fair pricing in order to build trust and relationships with clients in Sussex.

My name is Callum Day, I’m 31 years old and I have been in the building trade for 15 years and over that time have accrued many skills in all areas of the trade. Welcome! My name is Greg, I’m 34 years old and I’ve been working in construction for 19 years now, I started in June 2005 at the age of 15 and started an apprenticeship in bricklaying by September that year, I was never hugely fond of bricklaying however with the precise perfectionist attitude I have It turned out I was pretty good at it! Working for a mid-size building company with great values sent me down a path of getting to experience all the trades and try my hand at them, I became very fond of carpentry and tiling but the real passion I found was being outside patios and hard landscaping, I had a rich start laying copious amounts of Brazilian black slate which any tile/slab layer will tell you is one of the hardest to lay! Given that my specialities would have to lay in the bricklaying/ slab laying and general landscaping areas with a keen eye for design and love for the environment and horticulture of the land I approach every job excited to work with you the customer to help make your dreams a reality, Every job has to be perfect for me even to the dismay of my work force when I have taken work up if not happy, and quality over quantity always.
