Job was very smooth. Fitting of air admittance valve in the wc and installation of small kitchen extraction fan. Stuart quoted and then came with his team at the agreed time. Price seemed fair, although it is hard to gauge what is fair with this type of work , as I work in facilities and have tech colleagues they all said the price was fair. More importantly the job was completed quickly, safety and no issues. Place was tidy after work as well. Would use again.

Latest review:Bricklaying-I am sorry for this late feedback. Anyway, my experience with Justin was positive under all aspects. He came promptly and completed the job at a very competitive price. We all know that minor issues can happen when several parties are involved (namely, architect, engineer and the Council), but Justin was ALWAYS very responsive and supportive, more than the other professionals involved. I would definitely use his services again as he managed to establish a very trustworthy relationship. Highly recommended!

He is on the ball and very informative - walked me through the whole process of a removal of a structural wall. He works fast and his response times are great. Not only that but George has gone above and beyond for me, giving me lots of useful insights into other areas of my renovation project. I cannot recommend him enough and he gives a more than fair price for his work.

Latest review:George Herkes visited us the day after contact and quoted a very reasonable price for our loft hatch & ladder replacement. We arranged a mutually suitable day for the work to be done and that was adhered to. He bought all the wood and ladders (included in the quote) and the job was completed in one day to our total satisfaction. All old wood was removed by him and he tided up when the job was done. We would highly recommend this firm and we will certainly use them again.
