He provided a reasonably priced quote, and communicated exactly what was happening throughout the job, ensuring we were happy and access to the rooms being knocked through were maintained throughout. All mess was tidied up thoroughly and his team went above and beyond to help out. The extension was built in 8-9 weeks despite some poor weather at the start and is of a very high quality. I would highly recommend Simon and would not hesitate to use him again in future.

Latest review:Extensions-Darren replaced a pvc panel at the entrance of our house and installed a wooden frame window to match the main entrance door and layered bricks around it. He also plastered the inside of the house. Darren contacted us immediately after posting the job on the website. He was very professional and gave us a detailed quote covering all the aspects of the job. We provided a photo to illustrate the end result and we were very pleased at completion of the job. Darren is very experienced in the building industry. He considered all the aspects of the work we had not thought about and helped us make the best decision. His work was also very clean. He protected all the floor area inside the house and made sure all waste was removed after completion. He kept us updated about all the progress of the job. He made the brick work and the plastering inside at the same level of quality and precision. We were very pleased with the way the job was planned and completed as well as the end result and we will definitely call him again for our next project.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Gary did a brilliant job removing a load bearing wall between 2 rooms, installing a steel support beam, levelling the floor, moving the plug socket and having the walls skimmed. He was always on time and I kept me informed through out. Highly recommended.
