Latest review:Extensions-Nicky was the only builder to call out and view the site prior to giving a quote, which I’ll add was a fair quote landing in the middle of the 4 we received. Upon meeting Nicky and Darren we knew the job was theirs, they were friendly, approachable but to the point. They worked with us, understanding our budget and plans for the house, and advising us where necessary. Every step of the project they kept us in the loop, they were onsite everyday and the work was clean and tidy, they were very professional dealing with our neighbours also! I will 100% use Nicky, Darren & co again, and would strongly recommend them to others. I can’t fault them in any way! This was the biggest home project we have done to date, and it was They even left us a card and gift, which was a very nice touch!

From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, every aspect of the project was executed with precision and care. The extension and kitchen integrates into our existing home, both aesthetically and functionally. Adam took care of everything; brickwork, plastering, plumbing and electrical work. Adam was professional ensuring the work was a smooth and stress-free experience for us. We are delighted with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team to anyone seeking high-quality building works.
I hired ronac to put a large deck area in at my mums house and also a new flagged area under my mums garden shed I wasn’t happy with either job the flagged area under the shed was finished very poorly he didnt line up the flags put in cuts to make it easier for himself but took the full money not a professional job The deck is not finished as he has not put on the finished tops to newel posts after many txt msgs asking him to do this and a few phone calls he promised he would he has stil not done this this deck was done in April during the lockdown He took the money and did not finish job I would not hire this person again
Committed to the job and then ignored messages and phone calls thereafter. I got in touch a few days before the start date (3 weeks after he came out to quote) and had no response to a message or phone call. Inconvenient because we had got the money together to pay for the job and for a job not done, if he had just said at the start we might have found someone else to do the job in that time.

Latest review:Extensions-M&S Joinery recently completed work to our property in Belfast. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their workmanship and the project was completed on time and on budget. Bill and Adrian have a great work ethic, are very reliable and easy to deal with. They helped us make decisions on design and came up with some great ideas as well as dealing with Building Control on our behalf. Latest review:Roofing (Flat)-Avoid! James will talk the talk, he is really good at that but the delivery is shocking. £12,878 down the drain only to turn a few small leaks into the entire garage now getting rain water in constantly. The normally pretty lax Building Control officer was appalled by the standard of work. I'm leaving this review 6 months after works commenced on a supposedly 2 week long project and about the 20th time James promised to turn up and then didn't with no communication at all. In short - and not in full, to preserve my sanity - they have: - Installed coping stones without proper/any damp proofing - Went off the structural engineer's plans. I found out later that James never consulted the engineer who is - understandably - refusing to sign off on the changes - Ripped up the existing water proofing causing serious water damage for months now. Not to mention we're left with pooling water and other shocking detailing around doors and drains - Left a huge mess. Our basement, garage and driveway are all covered in mortar, rubble left everywhere - Left a skip taking up a big chunk of our driveway, mostly full with trash they brought to our house from other sites. This thing's been here for months James is going through some tough times so we've been more than understanding for months. Obviously, he is in no shape to work right now, hence why we've offered him to refund us some of our money so we can finally rectify all the issues and have this all behind us but he refuses
