His work and manner impeccable and he was totally reliable. The jobs were small but we would definitely keep his number for anything in the future. Several items quoted did not appear to be needed, while some items that did need attention were not included. Overall, fine for the inspection, but I would have preferred a more accurate and practical quote for the follow-up work.

Erhan was fast at responding to my advert and we efficiently planned a visit as he provided a clear quote for an EICR certificate. On the ground, he was helpful and practical in his approach. We knew we might have an issue with some of the electrics and this was rapidly and efficiently diagnosed. He clearly explained the issue and built trust with us. We were able to organise on the spot for the follow up work to be done less a few days later (with clear indication as to likely pricing). Again, Erhan turned up punctually and resolved the issue promptly. We were grateful for his practical approach, problem solving attitude and of course that we now have a valid EICR certificate. The initial quotation for work was to fit a kitchen pipework for an island, however we decided to use Nil Building Company for our new home renovation which included electrical, plumbing, plastering, repair and painting work. Avash and his team have been great! They were hired for our new home renovation and did an amazing job. They were on time, tidy, provided professional advice and worked long hours to ensure the project was completed within time.
