We used Opulous to fit our Ring Doorbell and I have to say they were extremely good from start to finish. The job was completed to a high standard and they knew exactly how the product worked. Excellent service. Mark was on time, courteous, friendly and very professional. He was able to communicate all the issues in a non condescending manner (even to my elderly mother). All the issues were fixed and tested quickly, and no mess left behind. Estimate provided before he started the work and regular updates on his findings (loose wires etc) and finally, actual bill for work done matched estimate. Very fairly and competitively priced. Will definitely use again.
