Very impressed by this firm. The first part of the job completed to a high standard. The electrician was not only helpful in advising the best way of replacing an old obsolete unit but carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Have asked him to come back and fix some problems that came to light during the initial works. He was personable, prompt, very helpful and left the site clean and tidy. I am not an electrician but have some technical knowledge and he impressed me with both his technical skills and knowledge of the current Regulations. Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.
