Sent a request into MyBuilder on Sun morning and by Sunday night Krzysztof had contacted me and visited my home and quoted me for the work I wanted done. He carried out the work the next morning. He followed, to the letter, the brief given to him, produced a quotation that was very reasonable and created a very positive atmosphere when working.
