At the outset, Harry and his partner are good people. However, the job was not completed to a professional standard. Grout has started coming off from between the tiles leaving gaps that water can pass through, the door hinge was not properly fitted leaving a door that will not close, the radiator pipe clips were not fitted, tile trims are not flush with rest of the wall, shelves were fitted on top of old broken wood. And the worst part is that Harry did not turn up even after confirming a date to come back and fix the missing parts. I paid him extra for all the additional jobs, even though certain items from the contract were not done ( for e.g. replacing the bathtub panel ). They have multiple jobs ongoing at the same time and struggles to stick to schedule. If you get them I would advise not paying everything upfront and making sure contract is signed only after it is made sure that they would stick to schedule. I struggled to get them to commit to a date and stick to it.

This is my reference of builder and all round handyman Radu. I found him to be the best builder I have ever had in the 26 years that I have been living in London. He is always on time and no problems to be around solves problems and I most certainly will not be getting any other builder from now on except Radu to work on both my properties in Kensington Chelsea and Kensington Olympia . He is fantastic at decorating does not take ages to do a job and is totally honest and absolute dream to have around and has had many years of experience . I will for sure refer him onto any of my friends who may need building works and or rennovations done to their homes or properties. Terry came with his buddy Lee. They are very good electricians and know their trade inside and out. They centralized some ceiling lights that had been in a very strange place and installed new ones in other places. They are very friendly and listened and checked what I wanted at every stage. They seem to make customer satisfaction a priority. They are very hard working and tidied up the mess and took away the rubbish. They also fixed a couple of things free of charge. I am very happy with the result of all their work. It’s beautifully done. It was a good value for money. I’ve recommended T M Electrical to a couple of neighbours.
