He was good on price for the first inspection and attended as agreed. However, I was less happy with the remedial quote. Several items quoted did not appear to be needed, while some items that did need attention were not included. Overall, fine for the inspection, but I would have preferred a more accurate and practical quote for the follow-up work.

Ben was excellent: he's a very friendly and professional individual who clearly was able to present the different options avaliable to solve the requested problems as well as explain any challenges he faced. He sorted a number of new plugs, completed some very challenging wiring (the joys of Victorian properties!) and installed a number of new light as well as a wired in a fitted a new heated bathroom mirror. Overall 10/10 - I highly recommend you use Ben for your electrical works.

The initial quotation for work was to fit a kitchen pipework for an island, however we decided to use Nil Building Company for our new home renovation which included electrical, plumbing, plastering, repair and painting work. Avash and his team have been great! They were hired for our new home renovation and did an amazing job. They were on time, tidy, provided professional advice and worked long hours to ensure the project was completed within time. The after service has been great too as they’ve returned to rectify any small nagging issues promptly, we really appreciate their hard work and dedication with the hope to use them again in future.
