I hired an army of builders including plumbers, painters, electrician, etc. to renovate my new 5 bedroom house before moving in and Mike was probably the best contractor in the group. What convinced me to hire Mike is that he was able to provide a ballpark quote before seeing the property, as I could not get access until we had completed on the purchase... other less experienced contractors that contacted me were too afraid to quote without seeing the property. Anyhow, Mike recommended the layouts, materials, installed spotlights, new exhaust fans, wall and ceiling lamps, etc. Overall, very happy with the final results so will definitely be hiring him again for further electrical work in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure hiring Masper Build Ltd. From the very onset, Marian was very professional, arriving promptly to assess the work required. He quickly assessed that we did not actually need inspection hatches (as the flat already had these) and advised us accordingly. We ended up employing Masper Build’s services to carry out Gas safety inspection and to install an electrical smoke alarm at the property. These tasks were carried out promptly and professionally the following day . We were kept updated throughout. Great communication. His quote was very reasonable. We will certainly be using his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.
