Karl is determined to finish the job to a good quality. There were a few set backs, including being 40 minutes late for the job and making the spotlight holes too large, forcing me to return my existing lights back. However, he went out to the shop himself and sorted out new lights and some missing parts within the same day. As a result it took a bit longer than expected but the result was great. He also did an additional small job for me by installing a heating control panel.

Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. He suggested improvements to the the lighting layout and configuration were taken aboard. I highly recommend him and I'll also be using him to change my house consumer unit in the coming weeks.

The installation of the extractor fan and repalcement fuses in DB were done in a shabby fashion. I had to have remedial work done for the extractor fan and called the boss of the remediate the fuse 'sitting' within the DB. More worringly is that the humidistat extractor was installed to work only with the light switch. So for a shower room without a window, this has led to the build up of mould over time. Will have to get another electrician to install properly
