Firstly the date of job posting and date of completing is all down to me not being ready with finances!! Secondly, and more importantly, GG Property were the most wonderful and professional bunch of lads you can hope to met. The work was done with such enthusiasm and to such a high level of detail. We could not be happier with the finished job. Thirdly, the great building work aside, GG Property were polite, happy, friendly, punctual and great communicators. All emails answered swiftly and with accurate information. No question was to silly and no concern (this was our first major building working) was to small to be addressed. Finally we are so pleased with work we are awaiting a quote for our bathroom and look forward to getting that job completed!! In short my experience with GG Property was nothing but top quality work and customer service. Any fears of the classic 'cowboy builder' could not be further from the truth; GG Property are a hard working truly lovely bunch and we would highly recommend them.

To be fair it was pretty embarrassing that it was as simple as a washer that needed replacing. However daniel turned up within 30 mins worked out the problem within minutes. Replaced the washer tightened all the taps and then kindly offered to check the taps in the bathroom at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend and will be making use of him again if needed. A star!

Dave arrived on time, was pleasant and extremely thorough with the fault finding of my non-working sockets. He completed the NICEIC report that I required efficienty, comprehensively and without any fuss and clearly identified and explained work that may be required at a later date. I would highly recommend McIntyre Clarke Limited and would not hesitate in using their services again when required.

Very happy with Lee. Fixed underfloor heating with existing thermostat which is a short term solution and provided very useful suggestions for long term solution. He also took a look at my dishwasher which required pipe to be connected and fixed it without charge. Very friendly with lots of helpful advice. Would hire him again.

We hired this electrician to do new wiring for the spot lights and replacement of the circuit board along with other changes. I must say it was a big mistake! It seems he doesnt know what he was doing. He couldnt finish some of the jobs, very messy guy, does not clean after what he has done (left all the cut wires, boxes on the floor), kept making huge holes to do the wiring and didnt put them back after. We had to paint the majority of the sections three times just because he kept coming back to amend his work and created more holes, loose wiring. The wiring which was suppose to be 2 way- didnt work so the switches are left dormant, the circuit board keeps tripping, existing appliance which were working fine before all of a sudden doesnt work and he blames the old wiring. Turned off the outdoor electricity and never plugged the wires again. Left the whole place in a mess. When we moved in, twice we had a black out (major concerns as there could be loose wire which could cause fire) when we texted and emailed him and till date he has not responded. In the end when he eventually gave the EICR certificate, it was all wrong and he omitted most of the works he actually did. We sent him an email and messages to which he hasnt responded till date. I would not recommend him to anyone so avoid engaging him unless you want to experience what we did and have your house unsafe.
