Came to do estimate for job first, arrived on time, provided quote and rearranged for him to come back due to items needing to be ordered, came back on the rearranged day and installed the heater, then had to rearrange another day due to wrong intercom phone arriving. Came a third time and installed the intercom. Overall friendly and provided a good service.
