Paul provided an excellent service and I happily used him again for further work. He always came when expected and properly assessed the job before quoting; he quoted having planned exactly what needed to be done and how he would achieve it. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt safe trusting his knowledge about the systems, how he would resolve the issues and that I could leave him to do the job successfully. He talked me through all the options available and then let me decide the best option for me. I also got an alarm control unit replaced with a modern unit, some remedies to some of the unsafe wiring plans left by a previous owner and some small jobs sorted. Trustworthy, helpful, reliable.
