Active team, did the EICR test ok and smoothly, and invoiced us and got paid in full. Then they provided a quote for the fixes and we agreed to go ahead with them as quoted. They confirmed a date to attend but then asked for 50% ADVANCE payment of the whole fixing invoice which was unusual. As we were in urgency, we agreed to pay the 50% but through credit card but they insisted on Bank transfer or Direct debit only which also was weird and unusual and make us feel uncomfortable so we did not continue. We refurbished the whole flat and paid tens of thousands and no company or contractor asked for 50% advance payment. It will be so naive from anyone to pay in advance to someone who they just met online and I don't understand how they thinks is is ok!

Was helpful prior to taking the job, asked for the specs of the oven that was going to be installed to get a proper idea of the work involved with his own knowledge and experience gave advice on what was required, arranged a date that was quick and convenient, was on time, which was a Saturday, cleaned up after himself. This is my reference of builder and all round handyman Radu. I found him to be the best builder I have ever had in the 26 years that I have been living in London. He is always on time and no problems to be around solves problems and I most certainly will not be getting any other builder from now on except Radu to work on both my properties in Kensington Chelsea and Kensington Olympia . He is fantastic at decorating does not take ages to do a job and is totally honest and absolute dream to have around and has had many years of experience . Patrick got back to my enquiry very quickly, following on from another tradesman not being able to complete the work. He came at short notice to provide a quote (which was very competitive; against the other 4 quotes for the work we had received). He then provided dates for completing the work which was very time sensitive and came on the agreed date and completed most of the work required, and offered to pop over the next morning to finish up. I found him to be extremely polite and got the job we needing doing to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

Arrived promptly every day and if there were any changes to the schedule, I was kept informed. Always cleared away and made sure spaces were left tidy. I initially had the worst experience with go assist who charged me nearly 250 for a bathroom light with ventilation connected to the same switch which needed a new one and the guy was awfull and gave me the wrong switch and made it dangerous I used Joseph electrics as they were local and needed it fixed as a q emergency and he was amazing! So much cheaper much more informative couldn’t recommend more!
