I cannot thank Paul and Andrew enough for the hard work, attention to detail, prompt polite service and all this completed at a fantastic price! I will/would definitely book this company for any electrical services required for our home. It is such a shame we are moving, as they would be my go to company without a shadow of a doubt. I needed the job completed at the weekend and I posted the job at the end of that week!!! The lights are now working again and the stair banister was set back into a firm position by Paul, who went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed in good time and we could not be happier. It's absolutely perfect! Far better than it was fitted the first time around! I feel so very fortunate that I followed my instincts and booked this company. Completely trustworthy and had asked them to complete the job before seeing the final estimate for additional works, as their initial quote was very competitive. I expected the cost to be far more than it was and could not have had it done any cheaper, with the care and attention that Paul applied to this job. Alfred knows 100% what he is doing. Where I have employed people in the past that didnt really know much at all, and we're asking me to lend them tools... Alfred, gets on with the task in hand, then moves straight on to the next one, on his list. His attention to detail is supported by him keeping the working areas clean and tidy. The finish he achieved have always been good. I certainly would recommend Alfred. Going forward I am hopeful that we can build up a strong working relationship. On top of all that, he is a lovely man.

Paul provided an excellent service and I happily used him again for further work. He always came when expected and properly assessed the job before quoting; he quoted having planned exactly what needed to be done and how he would achieve it. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt safe trusting his knowledge about the systems, how he would resolve the issues and that I could leave him to do the job successfully. He talked me through all the options available and then let me decide the best option for me. I also got an alarm control unit replaced with a modern unit, some remedies to some of the unsafe wiring plans left by a previous owner and some small jobs sorted. Trustworthy, helpful, reliable.

RB Electrics’ work was great from start to finish. They kept to their full re-wire quote, which I will add, was also a great price. Rich and Steve are a very friendly couple of guys, very helpful, approachable, concise and courteous. They kept me well informed at each stage of the work as it progressed. When the work was completed, they tidied up after themselves, to a very high standard. No job was too small, they even dismantled a dilapidated porch at an agreed small extra fee. I have already recommended R B Electrics' work to friends, should they ever need an electrician. When the next phase of my planned work is ready, I have no hesitation in having RB Electrics back. Joshua didn't waste any time and quoted me prices per socket and his availability, which was brilliant. I hired him to fix 3 double sockets. He communicated well pre job and during the job. There were a few issues with installing the new sockets but he came up with really practical solutions. He knows his trade well, gave me a great price and tidyed up after himself too.
