Ellis Multiservices LTD did some work in my house quite a while ago now. Unfortunately I was not at all pleased with the quality of the job, and the general attitude. They advised to install some plasterboard walls in my cellar along with a new vinyl floor. The installation quality of the walls was poor at best, one of them actually has a hole underneath a power socket they never bothered to fix. The vinyl floor is cut in a way that is very rough and not straight at all. Additionally the electrician who was meant to run the electrics to the cellar simply didn't show up a couple of times, with no reply on his mobile at all. Appreciate someone can have an emergency but this should not happen multiple times in such a short period of time. In this day and age this level of customer experience is simply not enough anymore. Although they portrayed themselves as professionals, they came across as a few hobbyists that in fact were way out of their league with my basement project. Can not recommend this company by any means.

The project included installing new electricals, installing new fire and security alarms, repairing and repainting a heavily used concrete floor, redecorating, servicing the heating etc. The project had a very tight time frame and Source FM often had to work around members of our team as we started moving in while work was still ongoing. I'm pleased to say, all the work was completed in time and to a very high standard. We've since used Paul and Bill for a number of smaller projects, both at the warehouse and in our offices.
