Douglas Renewables replaced our fusebox, installed new sockets, tested the circuits throughout the house, fed new wiring for a new cloakroom, installed an outdoor socket. installed new smoke detectors, replaced all the sockets and light switches for new ones and installed a new boiler for us. Fantastic work for all of it, very happy with their work, would highly recommend. Kept us updated throughout, was accommodating with our need to keep the cat secure. We have not a single complaint. Thanks very much! Even left a couple of spare sockets for when we do the kitchen 😁 Also a very good price.

He did bring a dust sheet to protect the surrounding area. We also asked him some other questions about ventilation fan and socket removal. He explained clearly and gave professional advice. I wanted two new wall lights fitted, and asked Craig to carry out the work. I was experiencing problems with my broadband at the time, and my communication with him could have been better, but he was very understanding. He arrived at the agreed time, and completed the job in good time. He worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy. I would hire Craig again, and fully recommend him.

Provided a low quote initially but when came started recommending unnecessary additional works for fittings that are compliant. The additional works that they recommended to do over and above the quote amounted to £800 to 900. Not good experience dealing with them. In addition, while we were still clarifying with them on the need for additional works, they threatened with small claims letter. Falsely claiming the existing works were not compliant, we got another certified electrician who confirmed this. Extremely aggressive and unpleasant
