Adam did an excellent job from start to finish. He arrived on time, understood the brief clearly and completed all the electrical work exactly as requested, supplying the necessary fittings and ensuring everything was safe and compliant. He was thorough and professional, checking circuits carefully and finishing everything to a high standard. The work looks neat and functions perfectly. He also kindly moved the cooker electric socket free of charge, even though this was not part of the original scope, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly, efficient and conscientious, he left everything tidy before he left. I would happily recommend him. A genuine five-star service.

Very efficient service turned up promptly to quote for the job and a result of the very competitive price I added extra jobs to the list. We arranged date for the job and was very punctual in fact a little early which was a bonus. I came home from work and there were no lights and no heating. The entire flat was dark and cold. The sockets were off as well. So completely dead. I rang Kreshnik to see if he was able to come as an emergency. He was just driving home from work and agreed to pop in and have a look. He was round in about 20 minutes. He did some troubleshooting first and identified that the hot water tank was dripping water on some live wires. It all shortcutted and took off the entire flat. He isolated the problem and gave us back the lights and the sockets. So we were able to use the electrical heaters until the hot water tank was replaced. He then explained the cause, what he did and what we should do from there. He was very reassuring. The quality of work was really good. He left everything nice and tidy after him. The work did not take long. Within 20 or so minutes he was done. Kreshnik is someone that you can call even at 3 o'clock at night. He will always respond in no time. Very helpful and profesional. The price we paid was very reasonable considering the very short notice. I would strongly recommend Kreshnik.

Open and honest about how to deal with the issue which was very much appreciated. Located the problem and fixed very quickly and efficiently, even finding the time to fix up a new light fitting for me. Very polite and friendly throughout. Would definitely use again and I highly recommend him. Costs were very fair. After having problems in the past with tradesmen he has shown me there are still good guys and he is definitely one of them!
