First meeting with Ricki and his team was clear that they had experience to complete the job and we had a good detailed discussion around options. A quote was produced and we had further discussion to refine it, including exploring different layouts and options with each carefully considered and calculated reports completed. The work was carried out very professionally and the installation is very smart. Good communication maintained throughout the works. Site left extremely neat and tidy. Arranged with Mark to replace an old fuse box which needed to be changed as advised by a letting agent. Mark called to tell me the work didn't need to be done as the box, on inspection, had already been changed during a kitchen refit the year before. He had a sweep of the property and gave some recommendations for improvement at a later date. Excellent comm's and arrived when he said he would etc - will be booking him in for some proper jobs
