Hired to finish off a complete flat renovation - work mainly consisted of painting, some remedial repair work, light carpentry and a snagging list. Whilst Raj and his guy were great at light repairs, handyman and carpentry work (which is the only reason I’m even rating them with stars), their attention to detail and completion of the snagging list was very poor! Despite having discussions with me to rectify things after I showed him examples, the flat is now left with uneven paint edges, drip marks, uneven grouting, unpainted architraves and sloppy silicone work. Whilst they are good at some things, decorating is definitely not one of them, so it’s a shame and disappointing.

With Robbie happy to discuss the job over the phone beforehand and put our minds at ease. A big shout out to the team for undertaking this work during COVID. Josh was courteous and professional, sending me a detailed quotation (with details on when / how to pay) within two days of assessing the job. He explained the process, through to completion, once I'd hired him and we agreed a start date. He sent me a reminder text the day before the scheduled work. He and his colleague arrived right on time over the two days. And Josh returned at 7am (I had to leave for work at 7.45am) on the third day to complete a 10-minute task that he didn't have the part for on the previous day. I would certainly use Josh again.

I hired Mohammad for a last-minute urgent job to reinstall a badly fitted bathroom light fixture. A previous electrician had left Wago clips exposed and had not installed the light safely...something Mohamed immediately spotted when he removed the light cover. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy. He also took the time to give us helpful tips on how best to proceed with other electrical work in our flat.
