Really pleased with the work Ade did. It wasn't an easy job due to the structure of the property but everything we required doing was completed. We were informed of any issues that came up and also time frame as it took a little longer than planned but again, this was due to the property rather than planning. Ade was professional and always turned up at the time he said he would. The flat was cleaned after each day. Overall, pleased with the job and the final price was the same as the quote.

Despite having been paid in full and even extra on the completion of the job, Mustafa didn't do the final tests and EIC for 3 weeks. He kept coming up with either vague promises to visit, or canceled on the last minute basis. Eventually it was only when I told him I was considering taking actions, that he turned up to do the EIC.
