Restoration & Refurbishment- 12 Jun 2026
Hired to finish off a complete flat renovation - work mainly consisted of painting, some remedial repair work, light carpentry and a snagging list. Whilst Raj and his guy were great at light repairs, handyman and carpentry work (which is the only reason I’m even rating them with stars), their attention to detail and completion of the snagging list was very poor! Despite having discussions with me to rectify things after I showed him examples, the flat is now left with uneven paint edges, drip marks, uneven grouting, unpainted architraves and sloppy silicone work. Whilst they are good at some things, decorating is definitely not one of them, so it’s a shame and disappointing.

I recently hired Grande Construct Ltd to find and fix a leak, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They located the issue and solved it within 2 hours, which was much faster than I expected. Their price was also more affordable than other competitors, which was a great bonus. Maciej is the best electrician I came across so far. After encountering all sorts of certified electricians who claimed to be professionals, Maciej is a real professional in the full sense of that word. He knows what he's doing, he will explain the work and steps he is planning to take and not only that, but he will look for the best possible outcome. The quality of workmanship he leaves behind is impeccable and his attention to detail is admirable. After Maciej replaced a consumer unit and did some repairs that needed to be done due to the previous electricians leaving chaos behind them, I had some building work started in my property and the builder and his electrician admired Maciej's work. Maciej is a real pro and the type of electrician that knows modern day stuff not just how to connect the socket and a light switch. I have full confidence in him, and I will use his services for the next phase of my project. I can't recommend him highly enough.
