Hired Kad to run 25m of 10mm SWA cable underground from the house to power two garden buildings and install several power sockets and lights and to certify the job. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and provided me with the certification in a timely manner. Excellent communication throughout the project. He was three hours late and arrived at my place without the necessary equipment—a drill and a ladder—even though he knew the job was to hang two ceiling lights. I had sent him pictures in advance, and I described the task over the phone. As a result, he had to go and get the tools, which added another hour to the delay. In the end, the work was good and completed quickly, but I’m not sure it was worth the long wait and the stress.

Josh was courteous and professional, sending me a detailed quotation (with details on when / how to pay) within two days of assessing the job. He explained the process, through to completion, once I'd hired him and we agreed a start date. He sent me a reminder text the day before the scheduled work. He and his colleague arrived right on time over the two days. And Josh returned at 7am (I had to leave for work at 7.45am) on the third day to complete a 10-minute task that he didn't have the part for on the previous day. I would certainly use Josh again.
