TR Electrical is a friendly and reliable company working from the Launceston area but covering both Cornwall and Devon. Have been in the Electrical industry for over 7 years. A focus on domestic work but commercial work also undertaken. PAT testing from builders tools to hotels and factory’s. No job too big or small.
Toby accepted a very small wiring job to provide two double sockets. He was a very friendly, competent and tidy electrician and completed a great job in no time at all. I do not cut corners and believe that delivering a competent and above all safe installation is paramount. I am trustworthy, as a retired Senior Police Officer I have previously been vetted to the highest level.
John and his colleague were extremely thorough, testing all circuits in and outside our house. Their eventual conclusion was that the problem was being caused by a water leak and they charged only a nominal fee despite spending several hours on the job. I have left neutral feedback because there were a couple of niggling things with this company. The first is that they turned up over an hour and half late, without calling to say this would be the case - I had to call and was told they were finishing paperwork and would be with us soon. Then, and this is my fault for not insisting on a written quote, the finished cost was an hour more than told over the phone. When queried I was told that this was to allow for travelling time - however, the original quote also allowed for travelling time? On the positive side, the electrician the company sent out was fantastic. He was courteous, fast and tidy. Thank you Jamie.
