I am Level 3 Qualified Electrician I also have my 17th Edition, I have been in the Electrical Field for over 3 years. I can do anything from changing sockets, ceiling rose, changing light bulb, fault finding to rewiring, hardwiring electric cooker/oven/hobs and changing fuse boards.
