He knew the product very well and accomplished his task successfully. In fact, he had a high degree of expertise in this carpentry trade,very supportive, helpful to sort out the matter. VENROY was very professional and friendly. He came to look at the job first to ensure that is all good. He took time to explained the steps how the work was going to be done. To make sure that I was happy. VENROY expertise in Electician field make me feel confident from start to end. He also go far and beyond the task requested. He went round to make sure all my sockets are working properly and found out 2 of the sockets in my living room had a cross wires which I didn’t know about and I lived there for 4 years. He kindly corrected the issues with no extra cost. I am pleased with the result of the installation and the service. And now have VENROY as my first contact for electricians. Highly recommended. A Great Guy, good value and will always listen. I had some issues with my alarm once installed but then I called him and while there was some delay in sorting this out he came and rectified the issue but at least he is responsive once he's installed.

Replacing existing wire to heat resistant wire going to both element of the Megaflo hot water cylinder and check all earth. Kamran is a very polite, friendly and professional person. He came out very quick and very informative of what he is doing. He even change one of the old socket for me without charging. He has done a very good job and tidy up afterwards. It is working perfectly fine now. His charges are very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend him to anyone who has any electrical problems. I will be in contact with him if I need any electrical works done in the future.

Karl is determined to finish the job to a good quality. There were a few set backs, including being 40 minutes late for the job and making the spotlight holes too large, forcing me to return my existing lights back. However, he went out to the shop himself and sorted out new lights and some missing parts within the same day. As a result it took a bit longer than expected but the result was great. He also did an additional small job for me by installing a heating control panel.
