I have experience in: Changing light fittings, Adding new fittings to new positions and running wires to the new position, Adding external lights and security lights, Pendant lights and downlighters, Moving switches, Adding switches to control lights from another point, Creating two and three way switching of existing lights, Replacing on-the-wall sockets/switches to flush fittings with the box inside the wall - both brick walls and plasterboard walls, Upgrading single sockets to double sockets, Moving and adding sockets, Adding outside sockets, Replacing extractor fans, Connecting cookers, ovens, hobs, and hoods, And probably a few other things that I've forgotten! My qualifications include a diploma in electrical installations, along with the calculations required to ensure the installation is electrically safe, using the correct size wires for the size and load of the circuit. I also have a level 2 Inspection and Testing certification, to ensure your electrics have been installed correctly, are safe, and remain within regs.

Excellent job very happy with outcome Billy from OBW responded quite quickly to my request. He evaluated the job and asked for more details this helped him provide a fair and reasonable estimate of the quote. We agreed appointment and he was punctual and arrived on time. He went through the job and reviewed things every step of the way. He was through and knowledgeable. Even when we had a tricky socket he managed to sort alternative paths. He is polite friendly and respectful. He completed the job at the agreed time and has kindly as well helped me hang a couple of shelves at the end. I would certainly recommend him and would hire again if I ever get electrical issues

We recently had our bathroom completely renovated by Earl and are really happy with the result. Earl was helpful from the outset, offering ideas, cost-saving alternatives and great advice on layout and materials, particularly when we encountered an issue with the flooring. He kept us updated with photos throughout, and the tiling is precise, the plumbing and seals are neat, and all the fixtures are solid and well aligned. The work could be quite messy, so a little more care would have been appreciated, although we appreciate that flooring was being removed as part of the renovation. Overall, a great result and we’d definitely recommend Earl.
