Gareth was very professional -arrived on time and did a proper investigation before identifying the problem and fixing it. He kept me informed at every step and also identified some issues I was not aware of - these were also fixed by him. He worked efficiently and tidied up after the job. His rates were reasonable for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I will be using Gareth in the future.
