Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. When I recently had a new kitchen fit and needed kitchen rewire I posted an add on my builder and after speaking to a few trades people it was obvious that Dren was the right person for the job. He confident, reasonably priced, immediately available and came up with some nice ideas to polish off the look and feel which I wouldn’t have thought of at no additional cost. The very next day Dren immediately got to work and was able to finish the job to an exceptional standard. Whilst he was available I decided to get some extra work doing including putting spotlights up throughout the living room, and he was able to do this with minimal disruption. He was helpful, punctual, trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to call him again should I need any more work doing.

Josh was courteous and professional, sending me a detailed quotation (with details on when / how to pay) within two days of assessing the job. He explained the process, through to completion, once I'd hired him and we agreed a start date. He sent me a reminder text the day before the scheduled work. He and his colleague arrived right on time over the two days. And Josh returned at 7am (I had to leave for work at 7.45am) on the third day to complete a 10-minute task that he didn't have the part for on the previous day. I would certainly use Josh again.

Kyle was extremely friendly and reasonable. Unlike some tradesmen who drive up in a range rover and start pretending to how difficult a job is, Kyle honestly said what the job was and how much effort it will take. Hes also courteous and punctual and communicative. Even when a small problem appeared, Kyle came around to fix it soon and I was happy to pay extra for it. I hope more English tradesmen can learn to be like him and not try to get as much as possible from clients.
