I have been doing general handyman duties from a very early age at home. I bought my first by-to-let property in 2021 and did majority of the work by myself. Tasks included, carpet removal, flooring installation, complete rewriting of lights and sockets, flooring installation, painting, gardening, hedge trimming, jetting etc so I have experience with electrics, plumbing, and gardening also as well as handy man jobs. I never leave a job unfinished and will come back if necessary to finish anything off.
