He gave estimate and then agreed to come round to quote but then found the fault and fixed it immediately so asked for the estimate. He came down a bit from that but to be honest felt fleeced. Would have been much cheaper to use someone else.

Not the best at communicating, needed prompting a couple of times. EICR was done and rated as unsatisfactory, advising several remedial works to be done. This purpose built flat by St George is not old and had successful EICR done previously so I was quite surprised by this report. The invoice was paid immediately and transaction details sent but I still received a message a few days later for payment!
