He successfully moved our CCTV box into the attic, installed a new plug socket, and added a light at the same time, all completed to a very high standard. From the very start, communication was prompt and consistent. He attended the property, provided a clear and fair quote, and arranged a date that suited us for the work to be completed. Discussed job required. Agreed price, day and time. Day 1 - Had to chase twice to find out if they were coming or not, although they were the one who contacted me, never arrived. Day 2 - Set new time of 1-5pm, then messaged at 4.40pm would arriving at 6/6.30pm. We cancelled as pointless. Two days wasted. Have also learned to not tick 'hired' before the trade person attends a job, as I now have to readvertise the job from the scratch as you cannot edit a job once you've clicked 'hired'. More time wasted.

Really thorough job. Brian contacted us quickly, explained what would need to be done and what the safest options would be. He checked out the job before unloading things from his vehicle and explained what he would be doing before starting. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and he cleaned up afterwards. We paid electronically by card and he provided a receipt there and then. We would not hesitate to use Brian again. Price was about average compared to other quotes but for a much more thorough service.

VENROY was very professional and friendly. He came to look at the job first to ensure that is all good. He took time to explained the steps how the work was going to be done. To make sure that I was happy. VENROY expertise in Electician field make me feel confident from start to end. He also go far and beyond the task requested. He went round to make sure all my sockets are working properly and found out 2 of the sockets in my living room had a cross wires which I didn’t know about and I lived there for 4 years. He kindly corrected the issues with no extra cost. I am pleased with the result of the installation and the service. And now have VENROY as my first contact for electricians. Highly recommended. Waleky is a great person to work with. On time and he helped us up and running our busy kitchen with out any down time. Even though there was a complication on the main fuse board as there are no spaces and it required to add new fuse board, he managed to keep it within the budget and time line.
