I have used Mo for a number of jobs around my house, ranging from a full kitchen installation to electrics, plumbing and various jobs. He is a fantastic all rounder which is very useful instead of having to have 5 different guys come in and do individual tasks. From my first contact with Dan he was highly professional . We met at the property and I gave him my wish list of works to be done . I received a detailed quote which was less than I expected . It was so reasonable I didn’t bother getting other quotes ! All work carried out perfectly . I asked for changes to my original plan and requested additional work ... nothing was too much trouble . Sorry to leave negative review. However found very unprofessional. Carried out EICR testing and then gave unsatisfactory report, which is fine. But after that could not contact to do remedial jobs to get satisfactory report. Totally unprofessional - only ready for doing first EICR testing and then no commitment to finish the job. Moreover not responding to texts/messages was very unprofessional and unreliable service and myself ended up paying double to another contractor for repeating the jobs to get satisfactory report. Will not recommend!
