Paul provided an excellent service and I happily used him again for further work. He always came when expected and properly assessed the job before quoting; he quoted having planned exactly what needed to be done and how he would achieve it. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt safe trusting his knowledge about the systems, how he would resolve the issues and that I could leave him to do the job successfully. He talked me through all the options available and then let me decide the best option for me. I also got an alarm control unit replaced with a modern unit, some remedies to some of the unsafe wiring plans left by a previous owner and some small jobs sorted. Trustworthy, helpful, reliable.

John was a pleasure to deal with from the start, nothing was too much trouble, he is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. On the day, the lads that came to do the job were pleasant and tidy and the job was completed to specification. On the day it was realised there was less work involved and the invoice was updated to reflect, the price paid was very reasonable and the work completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

He came out very quickly and assessed the situation and was very hands on in trying to deliver the best cheapest option and service saving me the hassle of trying to locate and source parts for the job. He kept me in the loop whilst parts were on order and was quick to return to finish the job, which was done to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone after plumbing and bathroom solutions.

RB Electrics’ work was great from start to finish. They kept to their full re-wire quote, which I will add, was also a great price. Rich and Steve are a very friendly couple of guys, very helpful, approachable, concise and courteous. They kept me well informed at each stage of the work as it progressed. When the work was completed, they tidied up after themselves, to a very high standard. No job was too small, they even dismantled a dilapidated porch at an agreed small extra fee. I have already recommended R B Electrics' work to friends, should they ever need an electrician. When the next phase of my planned work is ready, I have no hesitation in having RB Electrics back.
