charged £175 for an EiCR which took ages to arrive , when it did it contained little or no information at all , it condemned my house to needing extensive work which it didn't .. I was very interested to see what he wanted to charge for the works I didn't need, and of course it was well over £ 1k work that wasn't required at all. Of course I stopped at the useless and bogus EICR
