First meeting with Ricki and his team was clear that they had experience to complete the job and we had a good detailed discussion around options. A quote was produced and we had further discussion to refine it, including exploring different layouts and options with each carefully considered and calculated reports completed. The work was carried out very professionally and the installation is very smart. Good communication maintained throughout the works. Site left extremely neat and tidy. It was a relief and pleasure to find Andy to do the electrical work at my property. He carried out a periodic check of the electrics, upgraded and relocated the consumer unit, did some rewiring and moving of sockets, fitted ceiling lights as well as some other jobs ensuring everything was up to regulation standard. He and his colleague Reece are pleasant and polite, have a professional attitude and definitely know what they are doing. Andy proactively provided good suggestions as to how to complete each task to ensure best asthetic outcome as well as ensure the job was done to the highest standard and then cleaned up very well afterwards. His prices are very reasonable and extra costs didn't randomly materialise out of nowhere. Andy communicated very well, clearly explained what needed to be done, quickly found solutions to problems and kept me informed of progress. Having such confidence in Andy, I have given him more work at my property and I do not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone who wants an honest job done well.

NJB initially damaged my celling after bringing in a unskilled labourer and didn't offer compensation. Worst still a year after re wiring my flat he has not provided me with a certificate and is ignoring my messages. As such I will likely have to have the work done again by another electrician.

Excellent work. It wasn't an easy installation as the motor was hidden and the access was not easy to reach. However the team work was great and made sure the extractor fan was timed correctly based on my requirements. Overall a great experience and i have already given them my next job!
