Thomas turned up on time and even changed part of the socket for aesthetic reasons, even though it functioned, which was really appreciated. I hired Jason from EJSR company. He agreed a fixed fee of £80 to install a new extractor fan with me paying for the part separate which I was happy with. 10 mins before the job he send out someone else even though he agreed he would come himself. The guy he send out was not a qualified electrician he could not even find the isolation switch something which is basic and then left the property as the job was too complicated for him. Jason then message me back saying he can’t do the job, as he quoted for a replacement for the extractor fan not an installation therefore would require more money. This makes no sense as he give me a price over the phone for the installation and said I would need to cover parts which I was happy with. Not to mention his guy came 30 mins before the time we agreed when I had a tenant in the property working from home and made him aware of this. Jason Williams will say he is qualified and make out how amazing his work is over the phone but the truth is he did not even come down himself in person and his guy could not replace a simple extractor fan. Bad service like to rip people off. Make sure you get everything in writing and see their qualifications as they lie thought their teeth. Waste of time !
