I had 15 spotlights fitted in my living room he measured the area then worked out the best design for the space. Then used a laser level to mark out where each spotlight was going. He drilled out all the holes then cleared up the mess before wiring and fitting the lights. They are perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Brandon I highly recommend 10/10

During the cutting phase of our ceilings, the insulation company had to stop the job and asked us to get the electric cables checked by a professional before they seal the foam. It was 6pm by the time I posted at MyBuilder and Rob was very responsive to help us understand whether there is a problem. He came and checked the cables the other day right on time, even talked with the insulation team himself to solve the technical issues. He was very proactive and full of advice and he tested all our electrical cabling system also the other day. We can not thank him and recommend him more. Source FM recently helped us fit out a new 8000 sq ft warehouse in Hackney. The project included installing new electricals, installing new fire and security alarms, repairing and repainting a heavily used concrete floor, redecorating, servicing the heating etc. The project had a very tight time frame and Source FM often had to work around members of our team as we started moving in while work was still ongoing. I'm pleased to say, all the work was completed in time and to a very high standard. We've since used Paul and Bill for a number of smaller projects, both at the warehouse and in our offices.

Completely wasted my time. I definitely would not opt to hire them. They said that they were interested in my job and came over to have a look at the job, they sounded professional and said they could start the next day and we agreed 9am. The next day it got to 9am and they had messages to say they were running late because of the traffic. It got to 9.40am and I did not get any more updates, I then messaged and asked how far they were, they responded “Hi sorry we have to re arrange, Daniels had to go and pickup his child as she is sick, apologies for the inconvenience we can start tomorrow if that suits you” I then explained to them that this wasn’t a very good start and they proceeded to tell me that family does come first and they will understand if I do not go ahead with them!!! For some reason I did not believe they had family issues and maybe had secured another job that pays more. I moved all my furniture and protected the floor only for them to tell me they will not be there!!

As I manage quite a few properties around the country, I have used quite a number of tradesmen on Mybuilder over the years and most of them are quite good but Ouael is outstanding!!! He is definitely one of the finest electrician and tradesman I have ever dealt with. He’s super-responsive, understanding and the quality of his work is top-notch. I first used him in December last year when he was about the only person who’d respond swiftly to an emergency call during the Christmas period. Since then I have called him twice on a different property to correct the poor lazy job of other tradesmen because he’s so reliable and doesn’t take the lazy option but the best cost-effective solution for the client. I would rather selfishly not give him a review so that he doesn’t get too busy when I need him but he actually just made my day so I thought I’ll do a public service by letting people know what a gem of tradesman this guy is. Trust me - you better count yourself lucky if he accepts to do a job for you!
