When trying to get an electrician to get some power source into your summer house and it's feels like a curse as been lifted after the first guy, did one and not complete the job. Saf respect to you, nothing was too much for him, always found a way to make it work, and when u hear the word perfectionist? He's your man, will be putting a picture up soon as I have done some work after he left, but will be uploading a pix, as soon as I have tidied up, will definitely always recommend. I had to wait 3 weeks from the day he came to look at the job to the day of the actual job. I explained that I needed the job doing as it was for a warranty and after 4 weeks the warranty would be void losing me potentially £9000. I messaged the day before to confirm he was still coming and was told he wasn't because of a unfortunate event in his family. He told me his college would be doing the job. The day came and went and his college didn't show up. I finally got a number for his college who then told me he was too busy to do my job. I completely understand that grievance in families are upsetting, but I had 4 weeks for a job to be done and now have 3 days to find another electrician, look and price up the job and actually do the job. As a self employed joiner I know that customers should never be put in this position because of what is going on in my personal life. Unfortunately I would never use him again, and he has lost much future work.

Awful experience. Was told he couldn’t go to job without payment upfront however I’d already sent address. I was driving through Liverpool tunnel when he decided to turn up at the property and when he couldn’t get hold of me within 5 mins rang the landlord. Sent mixed messages regarding prices then said £50 call out and when I asked for pictures of the works he intended to do he ignored me. Finally he contacted the landlord for the payment in which I had said do not contact them as you will not be paid from them but us, I was then shouted at and told I was being recorded, when I finished I explained that if he sends me his invoice he will be paid from me. To confirm payment was sent today to him and I would avoid this person for any work
