If I could give a zero I would. All started fine and the quote I was given was good. From there it went rapidly downhill. I got a text telling me as he wasn’t aware the paper needed stripping before wallpapering that it would be a little over what was quoted, but no exact figure given. As I’d been told he’d wanted cash I messaged the day before saying because I’d not been given an exact price and they want cash, I’ll give them x amount (25% over original price) to which he agreed. Fast forward to the day and my husband was there to let them in, his brother showed up and proceeded to tell my husband the quote isn’t accurate as the paper needed stripping and it would be easier to paper over. Long story short I’m left with a wall that you can clearly see the paper underneath and after agreeing to redo the work, the owner of the business is now avoiding my calls and texts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Job not completed Dilroop has gone awol spent £1000s on Materials I was shown dodgy receipts not a screw left behind properly he will use my materials for his next job and charge the customer the same receipts he showed me with the dates and times rubbed of the receipts just showing what he bought and the balance any way I will never recommend Dilroop to anyone to carry out a big job as he takes on the job takes your money and does not complete the job, I called and messaged loads of times and he is not answering his phone, but he is quick enough to phone you asking for money, I have given up on Dilroop and I had to pay another builder to complete the job Dilroop could not do Very unhappy customer, stay away from this 1 man band company and left a load of mess he made his plaster on the floor then left the remaining plaster over the floor boards and my carpet had his boot prints everywhere with his plaster he does not believe in security as he kept on leaving my front door open.
