The job was a high quality lunch restaurant fit out in central London. East Design and Build asked New Living Electrical to carry out an assessment of the works and provide a quotation. The quotation came in good time, was very comprehensive and reasonable. We commissioned New living to carry out the install in September 2015. Andrew and Graham were both a pleasure to work with and carried themselves with knowledge and professionalism. The project went without a hitch and New Living were able to carry out some extras that were requested by the customer. Once completed New living provided all the required documents. I would highly recommend New Living and look forward to working with them again.

My garden had several broken fence posts and panels after recent rains. Jan removed the broken fence posts and installed a new one and took all necessary measures against rot. Jan replaced the fence panels and made sure they were at the correct height and line. Jan was a thorough professional, always on time. His quotation for the work was amongst the best ones. Tony came and installed a new fuseboard in my house and one in the garage as well as moving an outside light. He is a friendly, polite and interesting guy to talk to and certainly knows his stuff. He is also very clean and tidy which is an added plus! Tony was the first tradesman I had used off Mybuilder and I was not disappointed. He provided me with an extremely competitive quote, and provided an excellent service. I received all the necessary electrical certificates from ELECSA just a few days after the work being completed. I most definitely will use him again and will highly recommend him to you, I feel extremely satisfied that I have found a good electrician to add to my phonebook! Thanks

I found it very difficult to communicate with him. He doesn't respond very well. His quotes show that he is NICEIC approved contractor. However, when I called NICEIC, they confirmed Craig is never on their list. The works were done more than a year ago. I haven't received building regs certificate yet. I spoke to MK council and they haven't received any notification from competent persons schemes. As usual Craig doesn't respond to texts, calls and emails. Please be careful while hiring Craig if you need documents to prove works are done by a competent person. Craig has good knowledge and clean with his work.
