Fixed the issue posted in a short time. We asked him to look at another issue. He spent about one hour investigating and went away to buy parts. He said that the other issue is more complicated than he initially thought and left. We were still charged an investigation fee and the parts.

I got a qoute and went ahead to buy the material for the job, despite giving a very accurate description of the work, he got to mine and said he will charge me £320 instead of £120 qoute he gave me earlier. Work was not done because the new qoute was outrageous. I am a bit dissaponted with the his service.
